Grange Castle.

The 1998 South Dublin County development plan set the planning context by zoning an area of southwest Dublin to optimise a balance of development of core functions – live, work, and play.

The Grange Castle location included a business park, residential developments, a golf club and a facilities management service. The site required branding, signage and marketing collaterals.

South Dublin County Council owns Grange Castle Business Park and attracts significant strategic investment to South Dublin.
